Everything we ship comes directly from us in Sparks, NV. Because we're beekeepers and not Amazon, processing takes time. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. When the desert gets busy or the bees need us, it might take a little longer. Stay patient or stay away.

THE MELT WARNING: NEVADA HEAT

Nevada heat is no joke. Beeswax products are handcrafted and natural—which means they melt if they sit in a hot truck or on your porch in July. We ship with care, but we cannot control the weather. Order beeswax at your own risk during peak summer months.

HONEY IS HEAVY

Real honey has weight. It’s expensive to move. We calculate shipping based on weight and distance from our hives to your house. We don't mark up shipping; we just pass through the cost of moving liquid gold across the country.

RISK OF LOSS: IT'S IN THE CARRIER'S HANDS

Under Nevada law, the risk of loss passes to you the moment we hand your package to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). Once it leaves our hands in Sparks, it's the carrier's job to get it to you. If the carrier sucks and loses your gear, we’ll do our best to help you hunt it down, but we aren't liable for their mistakes.

EU Shipping & Delivery

Orders shipped to the European Union are dispatched from the United States. Estimated delivery times are 10–21 business daysdepending on destination country and carrier. Customs clearance may add additional time.

Import duties and VAT may be assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

For orders valued above €150, EU import duties may apply in addition to VAT.
