REFUND POLICY: NO POSERS

BUYER’S REMORSE

We don’t do refunds just because you changed your mind or you’re having a bad day. We are a veteran-owned operation, not a corporate mega-store. Once you buy it, it’s yours. All sales are final unless we actually screwed up.

THE REAL STUFF: VARIATIONS ARE EXPECTED

We run real hives in the Nevada desert. Honey and beeswax are natural products, not synthetic junk made in a lab. Colors, textures, and tastes will vary from harvest to harvest. No two jars are identical. If you’re looking for sanitized, uniform corporate garbage, you’re in the wrong place. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for natural variations in our products.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN GEAR

If your order arrives shattered, defective, or if we sent you the wrong size shirt because the desert heat got to us, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at admin@fleshtodeathhoney.com with a photo of the wreckage. We’ll handle it like humans, but don’t expect a 'the customer is always right' vibe—if you're being a poser or trying to scam the hive, we'll know.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receipt at orders@fleshtodeathhoney.com. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, or custom/personalized items.
